batman wars

Last night I went up to Cambridge for the launch of Dave Shelton's fab comic book, Good Dog, Bad Dog. But I forgot to bring my camera lead to the studio, so I will blog about that tomorrow.

In the meantime, here's some doodling Woodrow Phoenix and I did on the train ride back to London. I was telling him that Gary Northfield taught me how to draw Batman last weekend at Hi-Ex. But then I only got as far as the head before I forgot how to draw the rest of him. So Woodrow drew Batman on the right side and I finished on the left side.

Woodrow says mine's actually the Joker in disguise.

That drawing is the best! And I completely agree with Woodrow.

Yeah, your Batman is smiling. Batman never smiles, he's GRIM.

Unless he's poking his alter ego, then he's happy as Larry.

Supervillain crossdressing
Look at those well-developed calves. Clearly those are the infamous calves of The Joker.
