That is actually a swiss news report. TSR stands for "Télévision Suisse Romande". To your credit, they do not have a swiss accent at all.

false sightings of a flat track legend
At first I thought that was your sister knitting in the background. But I guess not. I also thought I saw her walking near the Greenwood Library yesterday, but it turned out to be some other tall woman with brown hair. I nearly said hi to her. I think I need new glasses.
