Here's a painting based on the drawing by the kid staying with us (see two posts ago). I'm not sure it's entirely worked, but I want to play around with it some more. I think I made it a bit too fussy, maybe I'll simplify it. It sort of combines her drawing style with the look of the Ramayana paintings at the British Library.



And here's the sunset we saw yesterday on our walk after dinner.
