My friend and I actually found that a lot of dictators have thick rimmed glasses, I think we ended up counting around 15 or something. It seems as though to be a dictator you need thick rimmed glasses or a mustache.

my friend has a handlebar moustache just like that one! He uses an Eastern European brand of moustache wax called 'Brotherly love' to keep it in place...

He's never shy of getting the little pot out to show people - it comes in one of those small tins, like the little vaseline ones. It's just brilliant!

I think he ordered it over the internet, after seeing it and realising his life wasn't complete without it!
