scary harry potter mermaid in disguise

Sometimes the Internet's horribly distracting, but a lot of the time I get great inspiration there. It's like having an amazing art gallery around me all the time and I can wander around with my sketchbook. I follow fantastic comics creator Jamie Smart on Instagram (he's jamiefumboo there) and he was posting pictures from his visit to Harry Potter World, which inspired me to make this drawing:

Here's Jamie's original photo, one of the scary mermaids. Isn't that the most amazing hair? I'd love to have a wig like this. I love how it's very modern but also wonderfully classical looking.
