Here's my #PortraitChallenge sketchbook study of a painting I spotted in the National Gallery on Tuesday, The Magdalen Reading. Rogier van der Weyden painted it on a mahogany panel sometime before 1438, as part of a large altarpiece (which no longer survives). Trying to work out the fabric folds was very tricky!
